Vardan Sevan

Managing Director, CEO

The founder of Sevanco, Vardan Sevan, was born in 1960 in Armenia (at the time one of the 15 Republics in the former Soviet Union). He has learned business in all its steps, levels and phases, from factory worker to technician to engineer, from team manager to CEO, entrepreneur, business owner and investor, and has wide experience from many sectors of economy. He sold his first successful business already in 1990. Sevan has attended numerous courses, schools and seminars in leadership, corporate-, project- and investment management, strategy, consulting, organisation theory, international trade, gemmology, IT, project financing and financial markets. Sevan has M.Sc. in Cybernetics from 1986 at the University in Yerevan, Armenia, and M.Sc. in Electronics from 1992 at NTNU University in Trondheim, Norway. He speaks English, Norwegian, Armenian, Russian, and a little French.

Vaiva Sirvinskaite

Project Consultant

Vaiva Sirvinskaite has extensive experience from international research work within general physics and technological subjects. Sirvinskaite has Ph.D in Physics, Vytautas Magnus University, Kaunas, Lithuania, 2005. Some of her recently completed business development projects were related to material technology and cost efficiency of fuel cell components. Sirvinskaite performs analytical and consulting tasks for scientific, technological and cost evaluation, feasibility studies, and risk analysis for projects in Sevanco. She speaks English, Lithuanian, Russian, and Norwegian.

Hamik Sevan

Project Consultant

Hamik Sevan in an industrious, purposeful and innovative person with working experience from challenging positions in various organisations and companies, including Norwegian Defence Forces, Oslo Airport Gardermoen, BI (Norwegian School of Management), Siemens and Deloitte. He is a real problem solver. Hamik Sevan is an economist from BI specialised in finance, business analysis and management. He speaks English, Norwegian, Armenian, and Russian.
